Hemant carries with himself wide experience of handling outsourcing operations and helps the company with business acumen and forming alliances at corporate level. He works closely with the business development team driving the revenue for the company. As an experienced technologist, he brings with him strong ability to understand complex business needs and is able to suggest & propose right mix of services and models for the clients.
With experience in servicing global Fortune 500 companies, he brings ability to drive the company through providing effective vision and directing OTS to be one of the leading outsourcing vendors respected globally.
JIM NORRIS
VP SALES, NORTH AMERICA
Jim brings a wealth of experience to his role as VP of North American Sales. He is responsible for ensuring customers’ requirements are realized as successful projects and that all aspects of development go smoothly. He has track record creating long-term strategic accounts, facilitating smooth communications, and proactively managing accounts to make sure all involved are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in Executive Management, Executive Sales Management, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Materials Management, Quality Engineering Management, Engineering Management, Process Development, and Process Engineering. He has held various positions at IBM, Silicon Graphics, Solid Data Systems.

Naval is skilled in handling project execution and helping business development team. He is flexible, quick learner, team player and easily adapts to challenging work environment. He likes to live with philosophy of ‘winning with right attitude’.
He has handled responsibilities ranging from business analysis, marketing planning to project management. With strong background of dealing with world class production and auto manufacturing companies early part of his career, Naval continues being a gem in overall operations of OTS.
