We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative with a strong focus on hunting and acquiring new logos to join our Richardson office.
Role Overview:
We are seeking Business Development Representative to drive new business and contribute to our growth. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development, working closely with our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to C-level executives via cold calls, Linkedin and email to uncover new opportunities
- Build relationships and network on LinkedIn; engage in social selling
- Respond to inbound leads and prospect within the assigned territory
- Attend / Exhibiting at networking events and trade shows to generate new business
- Conduct and do discovery calls with new prospect accounts exploring new qualifying opportunities.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with pre sales teams, operations to prepare proposals
- Schedule and coordinate conference Discovery calls and meetings between prospects and the team
- Travel for client meetings as needed
- Support contract conversions and closures with guidance from the account manager/CEO
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated to grow with the company
- Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
- Experience in working with tools like predictive dialers, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Nav, CRM etc.
- Quick learner and smart performer
- Experience in B2B selling of IT consulting services and IT Solutions is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Graduates in business with experience in B2B sales/business development
