Responsibilities

  1. Solve complex engineering problems
  2. Work on a small to medium sized Agile team, but as part of a larger multi-team environment
  3. Work independently on tasks with the opportunity to get input from other engineers as needed
  4. Collaborate with other engineers to evaluate and identify solutions to complex problems
  5.  Participate in peer reviews of pull requests and provide productive feedback to improve quality of work

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or related field of study preferred
  2. Minimum 3 years experience building full-stack applications using JavaScript technologies
  3. Minimum 3 years experience developing front-end web user interfaces with React
  4. Experience with designing RESTful backend microservices and developing them using Node.js
  5. Experience with build tools like webpack, npm, and gulp/grunt
  6. Experience with Test-Driven Development using automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Sinon, and Enzyme
  7. Experience ensuring your code builds and deploys properly through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes built in Jenkins
  8. Experience with version control tools, such as Git
  9. Knowledge of modern design patterns and building enterprise-grade production applications
  10. Ability to work with and coordinate with other developers using digital tools such as Slack
  11. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  12. Preferred Qualifications:
  13. Experience with database integration, relational (PostgreSQL) preferred
  14. Experience with SASS/SCSS or css-in-js type approaches for stylesheets
  15. Experience with AWS and Docker
  16. Experience as technical lead of a high performing Scrum team
  17. Proficient with Restful Web Services in Python and Nodejs.
  18. Worked on - Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, Typescript, ReactJS, ES6, HTML, CSS, JSON, etc
  19. Worked on IDEs Vs Code, Eclipse, NetBeans, etc.
  20. Worked on OS Windows, Linux(Ubuntu,Kali), etc.
  21. Worked on MySQL, NoSQL database(Mongo dB)
  22. Worked on Amazon Web Services(EC2, Lambda,RDS,SNS,SES,S3)
  23. Worked on Apache and Nginx Web Server
