What You’ll Do:
- Own and run paid campaigns – especially LinkedIn Ads – focused on B2B lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance to lower CPL and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with sales and content teams to create targeted campaigns that convert.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to monitor campaign success.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends and suggest creative strategies.
- Manage budgets smartly and provide clear performance reports regularly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (B2B focus).
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Ads – campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Familiar with tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and UTM tracking.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for metrics and insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads certification.
- Experience with email marketing automation.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead scoring.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling Microsoft solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, prospecting, and inside sales activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for Microsoft cloud and licensing solutions.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their business needs.
- Pitch and promote Microsoft offerings including Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and other cloud-based solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and collaboration.
- Stay updated on Microsoft product portfolio, licensing changes, and promotional offers.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience in calling and lead generation.
- knowledge of Microsoft products like Office 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365.
- Experience using tools like CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Goal-oriented and good at building customer relationships.
- Team player and self-motivated.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream, preferably Business, IT, or Marketing).
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or IT sales.
- Experience with Microsoft solutions is a plus.
