  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements

Inside Sales Trainee

Key responsibilities include:

OTS Solutions is looking to grow Cloud - Services & Migration as their new Business Unit. We are looking for Director-Cloud Services who can grow and lead the Business Unit.


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Sales, Financials, People and Delivery for Cloud Business Unit
  • Assisting in Pre-Sales to understand the requirement from the client and preparing the business case/estimates/proposals.
  • Hiring, coaching and growing the delivery team for Cloud Migration/Optimization and Managed Services.
  • Handling deliverables/releases for cloud migration and managed services.
  • Handling client expectations and internal SLAs
  • Managing and handling client satisfaction scores keeping escalations low
  • Engaging and managing partnerships with cloud partners and vendors as needed
  • Responsible for growing and managing team for 24*7 Managed Services - Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Monitoring, ITSM, Log Management, Security, Incident Handling & Resolution
  • Creating, improving and maintaining the processes for the cloud service deliveries




  • Min experience of 8 years in Cloud Migration & Managed Services
  • Must have knowledge on the complete process & delivery cycle involved in Cloud Migration and managed services.
  • Must have experience in Pre-sales and delivery for cloud migrations.
  • Must have exposure in Customer engagement, Customer Onboarding, Team Management, Architecture and Engineering, Solutions Architect, Solutioning and Proposal, RFC/RFI, Staff planning,  Cloud management, Migration, CTO Technical Roadmap , Release Management, Technical documentation, Training and Certification, Cloud Partnerships
  • Must have experience and knowledge on Managed Service tools like Nagios, Grafana, Zaabix, Pingdom, New Relic, Service Now, Zendesk, Splunk, Kabana, MacAfee Security, TrendMicro
  • Must have experience in Cloud migrations mainly in GCP/Azure/AWS.
  • Exposure in handling of Migration of critical & complex application environment - SAP , DB, Java and .net ( web based applications ) to AWS ,Azure cloud.
