HR Executive

Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for various tasks related to employee engagement, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pulse Checks / HR Connects:

   • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge their morale, satisfaction, and concerns.
   • Foster open communication channels between employees and HR department.

2. Onboarding:

   • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

3. Payroll Reports:

   • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

4. Leave and Attendance:

   • Manage employee leave requests and maintain accurate records of attendance.

5. Social Events:

   • Plan and organize social events to foster team bonding and a positive work culture.

6. Social Updates:

   • Keep employees informed about company news, events, and updates through various communication channels.

7. Admin Stuff:

   • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including file maintenance and document preparation.

8. Appreciation & Recognition:

   • Implement programs for employee appreciation and recognition to boost morale and motivation.

9. Support Issues:

   • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

10. L & D Planning:

    • Assist in the planning and coordination of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

11. Performance Reviews:

    • Support the performance review process by collecting and organizing relevant data and facilitating discussions between managers and employees.

12. Health Insurance & Other Benefits:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

13. Gratuity and PF Understanding:

    • Ensure compliance with regulations related to gratuity, provident fund, and other statutory requirements.

14. HR Policy Discussions and Drafting:

    • Participate in discussions regarding HR policies and procedures, and assist in drafting and updating HR policies as needed.

L3- React Native

Location : Gurgaon - Spaze Tower

1. Developed Android & iOS mobile applications using React Native.
2. In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, TypeScript, Redux, Middlewares, Hooks, ECMAScript(ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM and iOS & Android Build systems.
