To strengthen our marketing efforts, we are looking for a seasoned Sr. Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing team, craft compelling strategies, and drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute creative and results-driven B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Plan and own effective KPIs producing quality leads across all our brands with help of multiple channels like Paid, Organic, Content and Social.
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team comprising of designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and additional resources.
• Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide mentorship and professional development to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Paid Campaign Management
• Lead, handle and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms), including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the content and design team to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across all campaigns.
• Experiment with innovative approaches to engage target audiences and improve conversion rates.
• Understand in detail the concept of marketing funnels and retargeting campaigns across paid B2B channels.
Content & Design Collaboration
• Work closely with the content writer and designer to develop highly creative and B2B-focused marketing assets, such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, landing pages, infographics, and videos.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints to reinforce brand identity and objectives.
SEO, AIO and Website Optimization
• Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies, in collaboration with the SEO specialist.
• Continuously improve website performance, user experience, and lead capture rates.
• Lead and manage specific KPIs in terms of quality traffic and leads generation through SEO and organic optimization techniques.
• Lead and manage key organic rankings across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Preplexity and others.
Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or other analytics platforms.
• Track key metrics such as ROI, lead quality, traffic sources, and conversion rates to measure success and refine strategies.
Innovation and Creativity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and B2B best practices.
• Introduce fresh, creative ideas to stand out in the competitive digital space and enhance our brand positioning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Knowledge
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment focused on international markets specifically North America.
• Proven experience in managing and executing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Must have experience and knowledge in managing B2B campaigns focused in US market.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and accountability.
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of B2B buyer personas and decision-making processes.
Tools Expertise
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
