Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative WordPress Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design, user experience (UX), and WordPress development. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites that are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement visually engaging WordPress websites that meet client requirements.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party tools and services with WordPress, such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Ensure websites are secure and backed up regularly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website design, performance, and functionality.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in web design and WordPress development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and developing WordPress websites.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proficiency with popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
- Experience working with custom themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of website security best practices.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress design and development work is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma).

The ideal candidate will drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals—while building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect new business and qualify leads to drive Microsoft solutions sales.
