  7. Admin Stuff:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including file maintenance and document preparation.
  8. Appreciation & Recognition:

    • Implement programs for employee appreciation and recognition to boost morale and motivation.
  9. Support Issues:

    • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  10. L & D Planning:

  12. Health Insurance & Other Benefits:
